Dumbbells

  •  I use these for multiple purposes. I have been doing various exercises to strengthen my weak arm, including bicep curls, arm raises (front and lateral), and shoulder shrugs. I also use them for balance practice; I'll try bending down to the floor and picking one up with my weak hand. Another good way to use them is by holding them to do squats and lunges and, therefore, work on your leg strength (also good for your core).
